The decorative pillow line, like the framed prints, reintreprets the 'old-fashioned' botanicals of yesteryear. The oversized images showcased in the center of each pillow are strong and captivating references to nature, drawing from a collection of birds, flowers, fish, butterflies, as well as architecture.
As with the prints, the intent is to display the pillows in groupings using compatible images. For example, the white magnolia blossom pairs perfectly with the pink chrysanthemum as does as does the beautifully colored Painted Bunting Cardinal with the strong colors in the Tyrant Flycatcher.
Wanting to offer an eco-friendly option in the marketplace, all pillows are 20" x 20", printed with water-based ink on 100% pure linen, and have luxurious down and feather filled cotton inserts. Recommended laundering instructions are simply hand washing and line drying. Like the framed prints, all of the packaging is recyclable.
For pillows purchased as gifts, an added feature is the decorative tags with uniquue fun facts about the type of flower, bird, butterfly, fish or architectural structure printed on them. Some of the unusual habitats as well as folklore explained on these tags will amuse anyone who reads them!

Artwork is printed on heavy weight archival paper, hand deckled, signed and floated on a warm off-white ground. The frame is elegantly presented in a selection of wood options: rustic cream, rustic cream with a gold insert, rustic pecan and antique gold and silver.
